haha and im not trying to lose weight, i am trying to get toned! i had the shingles and it left a gross scar on my tummy so i wanna get a nice flat tummy so the dumb shingles scar isnt as noticable :p but thank you

hit yesterday with the realization i cannot afford my apartment anymore

i am picking up and moving to truro

so much going through my head. feels like i am going backwards in life

but i am so damn happy. and excited. if i cannot find a job in truro ill have to go to cb until septemeber.

atleast thats my plan at this moment.

need to find a subletter, need to tell my boss im quitting, need to find a new job, need to sell my things and grab a bus to truro. need to have a normal relationship with my boyfriend. fuck ld. fuck it. i did not sign up for this. summer days in truro lalalala ill practise my unicycling, ill practice my hulahooping, ill get to go to the farmers markets, ill get to be around family. i need friends. who wants to be my friend? i will have to find a place to put my plants. oh and i dont know where eric is going to go…….. im so sad about that

LUNCH - triskits, hummus, a pepper

LATE LUNCH - fruit smootie from petes

DINNER - KD lol

WATER INTAKE =  5 glasses? not sure

EXERCISE?

20 minute brisk walk to work and back ( so 40 ), then some hulahooping

TOTAL WORKOUT TIME =  an hour ish

DAY 2 -

WHAT I ATE?

BREAKFAST - 2 pieces of peanut butter toast

LUNCH - haha 2 shortbread/ginger bread cookies, a banana, cranberry heath cookies.

LATE LUNCH - fruit smootie from petes

DINNER - beans, shrimp and green onions.. lol

WATER INTAKE = not a lot… i felt hungover the entire day after the race. i made up for it last night though! atleast 8 glasses

EXERCISE?

1hour and 16 minutes of running.. aka 10 K ! lol

TOTAL WORKOUT TIME = 1hr and 16 minutes ( plus a 2k walk home )
